Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to recieve the reciept with download links to your purchased visuals, make sure to also check your spam folder. It’s also possible to download your purchases at “Dashboard -> Purchase History”.

If you download the DXV3 Codec you will be able to edit and convert the video clips from Visuals Market in any video editing program. If you don’t have any knowledge in video editing nor converting we will gladly help you to convert your purchased visuals to your desired format.
All visuals from 2020 and forward are in 4k. Here’s a list of previous resolutions during the years.

Visuals Market is a project by Thundercode AB which is a company founded in Sweden where the VAT (tax) is 25%. If you’re representing a company you can create an account and add your VAT number to get the tax deducted from your purchases. Private customers are obligated by law to pay the VAT.
